Lucite Purses from the Collection of Cheryl Robinson 

Lucite Purses from the Collection of Cheryl Robinson, Morristown-Belmont area, are on display at the Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum 532 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, OH. Lucite Purses were made in the late 1940's and early 1950's. They were manufactured in Florida and New York.

Cheryl has been collecting purses for 25 years. She visits flea markets and antiques shops to find her treasures. Asked how she started collecting the purses she said, "She saw the purses as a work of art." The purses will be on display at the Museum until the middle of June.
