Mission Statement

Ohio Hills Health Services is a non-profit health care operation, organized by communities in Eastern Ohio to promote healthy lifestyles and to provide comprehensive treatment and preventative services for area residents. The primary focus is to provide prompt, courteous and affordable health care that is responsive and sensitive to individual needs.

Fees

Most insurances accepted including Medicare, Medicaid, Health Plan, Advantage Health, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and others.

Ohio Hills Health Services receives funds from the Health Resources Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, to provide health services on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Application forms and information may be obtained at the health centers or by calling 740-425-5165.
